ZEISS · Aberration analyzerPrecise measurements such as higher-order aberrations, corneal topography, and pupil size are used to design personalized lenses.
Equipment
Good equipment alone does not make good glasses. CUBE connects measured values with the judgment of a professional optician and uses them throughout the entire process of prescription, design, processing, and fitting.

CUBE has two examination rooms with a 5m test distance. These spaces are used to check distance vision and correction separately from near vision.
The eye uses accommodations to focus when looking at nearby objects. Sufficient examination distance helps evaluate distance refractive status by reducing accommodation requirements compared to near vision.
Inspection conditions such as target size and lighting appropriate for the inspection distance are important. The 5m distance alone does not guarantee test accuracy or comfortable prescription, and the test results, existing glasses, and living environment are also examined.

Precise measurements such as higher-order aberrations, corneal topography, and pupil size are used to design personalized lenses.

We conduct refractive tests systematically using remote operation and digital recording.

It switches various target tables and configures the inspection flow in conjunction with RT-6100.

From frame shape recognition to blocking, cutting and edge processing, everything is completed with precision.

The prescription value is confirmed by measuring the refractive power, prism, and progressive design of the completed lens.

Lens refractive power and interpupillary distance measurements are used in the production and inspection of glasses.

Cameras in various directions record the wearing condition of the face and frame and reflect them in the customized design.

Measures the values required for lens design, such as interpupillary distance, fitting height, and posterior vertex distance.
