FAQ
Before your visit,
your questions answered.
From inspection and production, lens adaptation to after-sales service. Check what you need before your visit.
Lenses and Adaptation
How long does it take to get used to progressive lenses?
Before prescribing, we first check the vision you will be using through a progressive lens experience. The adaptation period varies depending on the individual and prescription. If discomfort persists while wearing, please visit again to check the visibility and fitting condition.
How do I get advice on myopia management lenses?
We consider your child's age, current prescription, progression and daily habits when explaining myopia management. Regular checks are scheduled at six-month intervals; individual schedules are explained during consultation. We do not promise a uniform numerical effect.
If the lenses are uncomfortable, can you replace them?
For lenses prescribed after an examination at CUBE, discomfort due to vision or fitting issues is assessed in a re-examination. After confirming the cause, we explain the one-time free replacement arrangement. A simple change of mind is excluded; please confirm applicable conditions during purchase consultation.
Visit and Production
Can I visit without a reservation?
You can visit without a reservation. Customers with reservations will be given priority so there may be a wait. If you want a sufficient examination and consultation, we recommend making a reservation on Naver before your visit.
How long does it take from inspection to completion of glasses?
Please allow approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes for the examination and consultation. Standard single-vision lenses can sometimes be made the same day; progressive or personalized lenses may take approximately 7–10 days. The exact timing, depending on stock and order conditions, is explained during consultation.
Is parking available?
You can use the Hillstate shopping mall parking lot. Please check the location using the directions below and contact the store for free use and alternative parking conditions.
Are vision tests available for children?
Children's vision tests and myopia management consultation are available. We check the test results and lifestyle habits with the guardian, and explain the necessary management process.
Pricing and after-sales service
How do I inquire about pricing?
As a general guide, frames start in the KRW 100,000 range and frame-and-lens sets in the KRW 200,000 range. Prices vary by brand, material, prescription and lens design; the final cost is explained during consultation. Tell us your needs and budget in store or via KakaoTalk, and we will explain the available options and costs.
Can I get adjustments after purchase?
For glasses purchased at CUBE, screw tightening, nose pad replacement and fitting adjustments are provided free of charge for life. Please contact the store first if parts need to be sourced or separate repairs are required.
Can I consult in Japanese?
Consultation in Japanese is available. Please mention your preference for Japanese when booking.
